is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that is committed to providing services and supports to persons diagnosed with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities, living in New York City. Established October 06, 2000, we are dedicated to providing an array of services and supports that assist individuals with achieving the highest level of Independence, Inclusion, Individuality and Productivity both at home and in the community.

takes special interest in supporting individuals who reside at home with their family or who reside alone and require special assistance to live more independent and fulfilling lives at home and in the community.

serves individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages. We take special pride in assisting individuals and families with navigating the complexities of the developmental disabilities service system(s). Our goal is to assist each person as they manage the daily obstacles and challenges associated with living with a disability at home and in the community.
